At times, we all feel anxious, stuck, lost, alone, or empty. These emotions can be fleeting, but at other times, they can persist and seem unending. Every individual experiences these feelings in their own way, which is why I take a collaborative and personalized approach to therapy. My goal is to understand your unique experience and work together to find the best path toward healing and emotional well-being.

I integrate a variety of psychological modalities to address your needs, including Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Recently, I have expanded my expertise with Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), a cutting-edge approach that helps process trauma and emotional shock at a deep neurological level.

I work with a wide range of emotional challenges, including depression, anxiety, life transitions, stress management, trauma, grief, relationship issues, and chronic pain. My approach is ideal for older adolescents and adults, including the elderly. I accept clients for both shorter term and longer term therapy, both in person and on-line.

I am particularly interested in the patterns we develop over a lifetime—cognitive, emotional and somatic—and how these patterns shape our present experiences. Through therapy, we can work together to shift unhelpful patterns and create meaning where it’s been lost.

In our work, I bring warmth, kindness, and compassion. I believe in our innate capacity to heal, grow, and be curious about our inner lives. Through collaboration, I aim to help you foster a deeper connection with yourself and your own potential.
